Meet
Naeemah Adero

Leaf

I am happy to introduce myself as I look forward to sharing life's journey with you. One of my mottos is "Someone else's mistake does not have to become yours." Helping others not make the same mistakes I have made is why I find it rewarding to share pieces of my life and experiences so others can hopefully avoid dreadful outcomes that can potentially leave them stagnated and stuck in a never-ending cycle of bondage.

Yes, experience is a good teacher, but it is not always the best teacher. Having a coach or mentor can help alleviate the self-torment of those experiences, which is why I do not mind spending countless hours helping others who can benefit from my experiences and God-given wisdom.

Throughout my years of development, I have always had a strong desire to share knowledge that could help others who found it easy to talk to me. My name is the very essence of who I am. Naeemah means "benevolent," and Adero means "life-giver." I believe God gave my parents the perfect name for me.

I love people and aim to provide perspective for better living. Relationship coaching is one of the ways I do that. However, having a thriving relationship (including marriage) requires you, the individual, to know yourself, love yourself, and do the work to transform yourself.

Practicing self-love does not always come easy. Loving yourself is more than liking what you see in the mirror, being able to climb the corporate ladder, or simply having the relationship of your dreams. Loving yourself involves intentional effort. So, if you are ready and willing, I would love to help you make your life and relationship healthy.

A Piece of My Journey

The will to help people found me. I did not go searching for it! It has always been in my nature to help others. I realized this about myself when I was able to help others understand their difficulties. Learning from my past life experiences has shaped my perspectives and allowed me to connect with people, show empathy, and relate with those who open up to me about their relationship challenges as I provide insight to help them address their problems.

Though most of my “life” lessons were learned through trial and error, I believe the experiences I have had opened the door to a greater purpose. My journey took me through unexpected things that I did not anticipate and many times caused me to experience situations that were scary and lonely. However, despite it all, my life’s path is meant to help others. Therefore, I aim to help people get the most out of their lives and avoid the life and relationship mistakes I and others have made while enabling them to make wiser choices for the better.

My experiences, education, and training in different fields have given me beneficial knowledge and great ability, which have equipped and prepared me to work with people. Working in Non-Profit organizations has been a valuable experience because of my assisting those who faced challenges while helping them with various resources and skills so they could move forward in positive ways. As an Emergency Operations (911) Dispatcher and Trainer, I have helped people in crisis mode, making for a unique experience as I assist clients in navigating “minefields” in their lives and relationships. Having worked in various capacities in the field of financial services, I have attained knowledge to provide guidance and assistance to help one be financially sound. As a Singles Ministry Leader, I have organized annual conferences to provide singles with skills, strategies, confidence, and motivations to live Godly and productive lives.

Serving as a leader for years has given me the capacity and heart to help others be productive and encouraged to thrive. Holding true to my love for people, I possess an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services. I obtained these degrees to serve people and the community. This heart continues as a Certified Professional Life Coach whose mission is to ensure that individuals are the best version of themselves in their lives and relationships. As a mother with two sons, I am a student of life who embraces self-love and, most of all, God's love.
